Quick help
- Create a project, then use the plus button to add automatically numbered boxes.
- Open a box to add its location, photo, and contents.
- Enter one item per line to add several items at once.
- Search inside a project to find the box containing an active item.
- Use a box's menu to create, share, or print its QR label.
- Use the scanner button on the project list to scan a WhichBox label.
- If camera or photo access is denied, change the permission in iOS Settings for WhichBox.
Data and accounts
WhichBox requires no account. Projects, boxes, items, locations, and optional photos are stored locally on your iPhone.
There is no WhichBox cloud synchronization or remote account recovery. BearField IT AB cannot restore local WhichBox data from an account or server.

Include the WhichBox app version, your iOS version, what happened, what you expected, and the steps immediately before the event when possible.
Protect your inventory.
Do not email unnecessary sensitive box contents or private photos. Describe the problem with the minimum information needed to investigate it.
